This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version of this Privacy Policy prevails.
We are fully aware of the particular importance of protecting your personal data, and therefore we collect and process only the data that is necessary to carry out our activities. We process personal data lawfully, transparently and fairly, for predefined purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes. When processing personal data, we aim to keep it accurate, secure, confidential, properly stored and protected.
When processing your personal data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and the personal data processing requirements established in other legal acts.
1. What is this document?
1.1. This privacy policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) sets out the privacy conditions for the use of the website www.longrun.lt (hereinafter – Website) in relation to our processing of personal data, as well as our Company's personal data processing rules (hereinafter – Rules).
1.2. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand the practices we apply when processing your personal data. After reading this document, you will learn how we process your personal data, where we obtain it, and what rights you have as a data subject.
1.3. If you use the Website, purchase our services or are otherwise connected with the activities of our Company, this means that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy and to the purposes, means and procedures for processing your personal data set out in it. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy or with individual provisions of it, we unfortunately will not be able to sell you any of the Company's goods or services, cooperate on business or other matters, and you will also not be entitled to use the Website.
1.4. The term „personal data" used in this Privacy Policy means any information by which you can be recognised – directly or indirectly identified. Personal data includes surname, name, date of birth, postal or email address, location data and online identifier, your characteristics, etc.
1.5. The provisions of the Privacy Policy apply to our clients who have purchased, are purchasing or intend to purchase our goods or services, to business partners (including their employees), and to persons who contact us by submitting requests or claims directly or by means of remote communication (telephone, email, etc.). The Privacy Policy applies to all persons visiting the Website, regardless of whether you are our client, as well as to actions you may take on the Website. The Privacy Policy also provides information about the processing of personal data of all other persons carried out as we conduct our activities and conclude and perform contracts.
2. Who are we?

3. What principles do we follow?
3.1. When processing your personal data, we will:
- 3.1.1. comply with the requirements of applicable laws, including the GDPR;
- 3.1.2. process your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;
- 3.1.3. collect your personal data for specified, clearly defined and lawful purposes and not further process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes, except as permitted by law;
- 3.1.4. take all reasonable measures to ensure that personal data which is not accurate or complete, having regard to the purposes of its processing, is promptly corrected, supplemented, its processing suspended, or erased;
- 3.1.5. keep it in a form that allows your identity to be established for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed;
- 3.1.6. not provide personal data to third parties and not make it public, except in the cases set out in the Privacy Policy, the Rules, or as established by law;
- 3.1.7. ensure that your personal data is processed in such a way that, by applying appropriate technical or organisational measures, adequate security of the personal data is ensured, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
4. For what purposes do we process your personal data?
4.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. For the purpose of concluding and performing service contracts, providing consultations and delivering training. For this purpose we may process such personal data as: name, surname, phone number, email address, place of residence, bank account number (payment is made by bank transfer). In addition to the data indicated above, the Company may process the following data of employees of legal entities (the Company's business partners): work phone number, work email address, workplace address, position held, date of birth, personal identification number, authorisation (representation) data, workplace name, correspondence conducted with the Company on behalf of or in the interests of the business partner, or other data provided during the conclusion or performance of a contract with the Company. We obtain this data from you, from the Company's business partners whose employee you are, and from third parties that process your personal data (e.g. state institutions). For this purpose we provide or transfer your personal data, or part of it, to companies providing audit, legal or other consulting services. We store this personal data for the duration of the contract and for 10 years after its end, unless the laws of the Republic of Lithuania establish a different retention period. The said 10-year period may be extended if a (judicial) dispute is initiated – in that case the personal data is stored until a mutual agreement is reached and/or a final decision comes into force. If no separate contract is concluded, we store your personal data for no longer than 1 month from the moment such a decision is taken, unless the laws of the Republic of Lithuania establish a different retention period.
4.1.2. For the purpose of registration to receive a consultation. For this purpose we process the following data: name, company name, email, phone number. We store this data for 1 (one) year from the date it is recorded, except in cases where there are grounds to believe that a crime or other unlawful acts are being committed, or an internal investigation has begun, until the end of the relevant investigation and/or proceedings. We obtain this data from you.
4.1.3. For the purpose of handling enquiries (questions) and preparing responses, and resolving potential or actual disputes with data subjects. When you contact us (or we contact you after receiving your enquiry), we process information from communication carried out by phone, email, through the Website or otherwise. For this purpose we process such personal data as: name, surname, email address, phone number, the content of the complaint and/or enquiry, the date and time of contacting us, communication information, and the content of any comment you wish to make public. We obtain this data from you; while handling an enquiry or analysing a complaint we may create personal data ourselves. We store this data for 3 years from the date it is recorded, except where there are grounds to believe that a crime or other unlawful acts are being committed, or an internal investigation has begun, until the end of the relevant investigation and/or proceedings.
4.1.4. For direct marketing purposes. For this purpose we process your name, surname, phone number, email address, and data of clients (legal entities), representatives (employees) of business partners or other contact persons: work phone number, work email address, workplace address, position held. We obtain this data from you. We store this data for the duration of the consent and for 1 (one) year from the date the consent is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4.1.5. For the purpose of starting a live chat. For this purpose we process the data you provide. We obtain this data from you. Data collected during a live chat is stored for 6 months.
4.1.6. For the purpose of debt administration. For this purpose we process your name, surname, place of residence, information about payments, the basis and amount of the debt, phone number, email address. We obtain this data directly from you, from publicly available sources (e.g. the Population Register, data provided by third parties, etc.) and from third parties. We provide or transfer this data to (1) law enforcement institutions and/or (2) entities providing debt recovery services. We store this data until the end of the debt administration (debt settlement) and taking into account the limitation period for claims established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, which is 10 years.
5. How do we collect and process your personal data?
5.1. We process your personal data obtained in the following ways:
- 5.1.1. When you provide it to us.
- 5.1.2. When you use the Website we manage, certain information (e.g. internet (IP) address, etc.) is collected automatically.
- 5.1.3. When we obtain your personal data from other persons in accordance with legal acts and/or this Privacy Policy.
5.2. You provide us with your personal data and other information by using the Websites, by writing to us or communicating with our customer service team, by submitting enquiries and/or complaints about the Website or our services or goods, and by subscribing to our newsletter. When you contact us in writing or by email, we will keep the correspondence data.
5.3. The information you provide may include the name and surname of you or the person you represent, email address and phone number, age, gender, message text (e.g. when registering for a consultation) and other data.
5.4. When you use the Website, certain non-personal information (e.g. the type of browser used, the number of visits, the Website pages viewed, the time spent on the Website, etc.) is collected automatically. This information is used to improve the content, functionality and attractiveness of the Website.
5.5. We may combine the personal data obtained from you with data we have collected ourselves from other public and/or available sources (e.g. we may combine the personal data you provide with data obtained using the Website's cookies or with data lawfully obtained from third parties, etc.).
5.6. You will always be able to request the correction of inaccurate personal data and to exercise your other rights as a data subject set out in this Privacy Policy and in applicable legal acts.
6. Do we use your personal data for direct marketing?
6.1. Yes, we may use your personal data for direct marketing purposes to provide you with offers and information about our services that, in our opinion, may be of interest to you. However, we will use your personal data for this purpose only with your additional consent.
6.2. For this purpose we process the following personal data: name, surname, phone number, email address, and data of clients (legal entities), representatives (employees) of business partners or other contact persons: work phone number, work email address, workplace address, position held.
6.3. You can choose whether you allow us to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can do so by giving your consent.
6.4. By granting the right to process data for direct marketing purposes, you also grant us permission to contact you for this purpose by means of communication (e.g. email, telephone, short (SMS) messages or other means of communication, e.g. WhatsApp, Signal, etc.).
6.5. We may combine the information we hold about you with information held by third parties in order to provide you with offers.
6.6. If you give consent to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, we may use your personal data to analyse and improve the effectiveness of our websites, advertising and market research, and for other marketing and sales purposes of the Company. In such cases we will use your depersonalised data.
6.7. Even if you have given consent to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can easily withdraw this consent at any time for all or part of the data processing actions. You can do so in the following ways:
- 6.7.1. notify us of your withdrawal in the manner indicated in the electronic notices and/or offers received (e.g. by clicking the „unsubscribe" link in the newsletter, etc.), or
- 6.7.2. by coming to us and submitting an appropriate request. The request must clearly state your name and surname. If you wish to withdraw your consent in this way, we may ask you to provide identity documents.

6.8. No later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the request, the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes is terminated.
6.9. Withdrawal of consent does not automatically oblige us to destroy your personal data or to provide you with information about the personal data we process; therefore, if you wish us to also carry out these actions, you must indicate such a request separately.
7. To whom do we provide your personal data?
7.1. We guarantee that your personal data will not be sold, provided or otherwise transferred to third parties without a legal basis, nor used for purposes other than those for which the relevant personal data was collected. We will not transfer your personal data in any way other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and legal acts. However, we reserve the right to provide information about you if we are required to do so by law, or if lawfully acting institutions or prosecuting authorities so require.
7.2. We may disclose the data we collect about you to the following third parties:
- 7.2.1. third-party service providers (e.g. technical service providers in the performance of our contracts with such providers, including the provision of services for sending newsletters or carrying out other marketing actions);
- 7.2.2. third-party service providers whose services we typically use for the purposes of data storage, telecommunications and website hosting.
7.3. The ability of the above service providers to use your data is limited – they may not use this data for purposes other than providing services to us.
8. How do we protect your personal data?
8.1. The data we collect from you will be within the EU, but may be transferred to or stored outside the EU. It may also be processed by our staff or our suppliers' staff working outside the EU. When transferring your data outside the EU, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
8.2. Unfortunately, the transfer of information over the internet is not completely secure. Although we work very hard to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data when you transfer it to the Website – you assume the risk associated with transferring data to the Website. Once we receive your data, we apply strict procedures and security measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
8.3. In the unlikely event that we become aware of a breach of the security of your personal data that may pose a high risk to your rights or freedoms, we will inform you without delay as soon as we become aware of it and have established what information was accessed.
9. External websites
9.1. The Website may contain links to external websites – websites of our business partners or websites where services are advertised. When following such links to any of these websites, please note that these websites and the services accessible through them have their own separate privacy policies, and we assume no responsibility or liability for these policies or for the personal data, such as contact or location data, collected on these websites or in the provision of services. Please review these policies before submitting personal data on these websites or using any services.
10. What rights do you have?
10.1. When processing personal data, we ensure your rights under the GDPR and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- 10.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data;
- 10.1.2. to access your personal data that we process;
- 10.1.3. to request the correction or completion, or clarification of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- 10.1.4. to request the erasure of personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected;
- 10.1.5. to request the erasure of personal data if it is processed unlawfully or when you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data or do not give such consent where it is required;
- 10.1.6. to object to the processing of personal data or to withdraw previously given consent;
- 10.1.7. to request the restriction (except storage) of the processing of your personal data if there are disputes or a need to verify the lawfulness of processing or the accuracy of the data, as well as in cases where we no longer need your personal data but you do not want us to erase it;
- 10.1.8. to request, where technically feasible, the personal data collected on the basis of your consent or for the purpose of performing a contract in an easily readable format, or to request that it be transmitted to another data controller.
10.2. We will endeavour to guarantee the implementation of your rights as a data subject and to create all conditions for the effective exercise of these rights; however, we reserve the right not to comply with your requests where necessary to ensure:
- 10.2.1. the fulfilment of our legal obligations;
- 10.2.2. state security or defence;
- 10.2.3. public order, the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences;
- 10.2.4. important economic or financial interests of the state;
- 10.2.5. the prevention, investigation and detection of breaches of official or professional ethics;
- 10.2.6. the protection of your rights and freedoms or those of others.
10.3. You can submit requests related to the exercise of your rights to us in person, by post or by electronic means of communication. Upon receiving your request, we may ask you to provide identity documents as well as other additional information related to the request that we need.
10.4. Upon receiving your request, we will respond no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your request and of all documents needed to provide the response.
10.5. If we consider it necessary, we will suspend the processing of your data, except storage, until your request is resolved. Once you have lawfully withdrawn your consent, we will, without delay but no later than within 30 calendar days, terminate the processing of your personal data, except in the cases established by this Privacy Policy and legal acts, i.e. where we are obliged to continue processing your data by applicable legal acts, our legal obligations, court decisions, or binding instructions of institutions.
10.6. If we refuse to comply with your request, we will clearly indicate the basis for such refusal.
10.7. If you disagree with our actions or our response to your request, you may appeal our actions and decisions to the competent state institution.
11. To whom can you submit a complaint?
11.1. If you wish to submit a complaint about our processing of data, please submit it in writing, providing as much information as possible, using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will cooperate with you and try to resolve all issues without delay.
11.2. If you believe that, under the GDPR / other applicable legal acts governing personal data protection, your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to our supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania; more information and contact details can be found on the inspectorate's website (https://vdai.lrv.lt/). However, first of all, we will try to resolve all disputes together with you.
12. How will this Privacy Policy be changed?
12.1. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be published on the Websites we manage. In the event of material changes and/or where needed, we will notify you of them. The new terms of the Privacy Policy may also be presented on the Websites, and you may need to read them and agree to them in order to continue using the Website and/or our services, or to purchase goods or services.
