Who delivers the training
The training is delivered by Audrius Grinys, founder of LONGRUN. He has worked with business management systems and company digitalisation since 2018. Over his career he has led companies, the IT and sales departments of the Lithuanian news portal Alfa.lt, worked in advertising, media and consulting, lectured to management undergraduates at Vilnius College and delivered a wide range of business digitalisation projects.
Artificial intelligence is not a new or separate field of work. It is a natural continuation of long experience in business processes, software development, IT infrastructure and company digitalisation. That is why we treat AI not as a toy or a conference topic but as a working tool that has to fit into real company operations and help management, teams, sales, operations and document flows.
