Odoo ERP Implementation
Teams lose 5–10 hours every week copying data between disconnected tools. The Odoo business management system unifies sales, financial accounting, inventory, manufacturing and HR in a single platform.
Odoo implementation in Lithuania – in brief
LONGRUN (UAB VM Robotika, Vilnius) has implemented Odoo ERP for Lithuanian companies since 2018, with 50+ projects delivered. The exact price is set after a Gap-Fit analysis. The first step is a free consultation. We work across Lithuania and remotely in Europe, in Lithuanian and English.
Our Odoo clients include Transmitto, Vision Express, the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, Būsto automatika and Consultus; their testimonials (in Lithuanian) are published on the About us page.
An implementation includes:

- Configuration and Lithuanian accounting – modules, chart of accounts, VAT, i.SAF, i.VAZ, SAF-T, user access rights.
- Data migration – contacts, products, stock balances and open documents from the old system or Excel.
- Training and support – training by department, help after go-live.

Implementation stages
The implementation runs in sequence. Each stage has a clear outcome that you approve before moving on.
| Stage | What happens | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Analysis (Gap-Fit) | We review your processes and documents. We identify what Odoo covers as standard and what needs adapting. | Agreed scope, module list and price. |
| 2. Configuration | We install the modules and set up Lithuanian accounting (chart of accounts, VAT, i.SAF, i.VAZ, SAF-T), user access rights and document templates. | A test system ready for use. |
| 3. Data migration | We migrate contacts, products, stock balances and open documents. We reconcile the migrated data. | A system with your data. |
| 4. Testing and training | Users run their processes in the test environment. We fix discrepancies and train by department. | Approved processes, a trained team. |
| 5. Go-live and support | You switch to working in Odoo. We resolve questions as they come up, advise and refine. | A working system and agreed support. |
Frequently asked questions about Odoo implementation
Who implements Odoo in Lithuania?
Odoo in Lithuania is implemented by several partners and consultants. The odoo.com partner directory lists (September 2026): Via Laurea (Gold), Versada (Gold), Devtouch! (Silver), Honestus (Silver), UAB SANDAS (Silver), Umina LT (Ready), Avakompas (Ready) and HardChain (Ready). LONGRUN has been implementing Odoo since 2018. When choosing, look at experience in your sector, Lithuanian accounting competence and support terms. More in the guide Who implements Odoo in Lithuania.
How much does an Odoo implementation cost?
The price depends on the number of modules, process complexity and the scope of data migration, so an exact quote is prepared after a Gap-Fit analysis. The first step is a free consultation. More in the Odoo implementation pricing guide.
Is Odoo suitable for Lithuanian accounting?
Yes, once the implementer configures the Lithuanian localisation: chart of accounts, VAT, i.SAF, i.VAZ, FR0600, GPAIS, SAF-T and Intrastat. LONGRUN maintains its own modules: i.SAF report, GPAIS integration, Bank of Lithuania exchange rates and Paysera payments (Odoo 16–19), available in the shop. More in the guide Odoo accounting for Lithuania.
Can we start with just a few modules?
Yes. Odoo is modular, so companies often start with one or two areas – for example sales and accounting, or inventory – and expand later. The initial scope is defined during the Gap-Fit analysis. Later modules are added to the same system, so the data does not need to be migrated again.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live the support stage begins: we answer user questions, fix issues that come up, and advise on reports and month-end closing. The scope and terms of support are agreed before go-live. Later you can add modules or integrations, and book Odoo training for new employees.
What is the difference between Community and Enterprise?
Odoo Community is the open-source edition with no licence fee and the core modules. Odoo Enterprise is the paid edition with additional modules (for example full accounting and reporting, Studio, quality, PLM) and Odoo's version upgrade service. Both editions are implemented in the same stages. Which one fits you is decided during the Gap-Fit analysis, based on the modules you need.
