About LONGRUN
LONGRUN (UAB VM Robotika) is an Odoo implementation partner and AI solutions provider based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since 2018 we have delivered 50+ Odoo implementations for Lithuanian companies and work across Lithuania and remotely in Europe. Every client works directly with the consultant who delivers the project.
Who we are
LONGRUN is a brand of UAB VM Robotika, launched in 2021 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company works in two main directions. One is Odoo business management system implementation, Lithuanian accounting configuration, custom module development and Odoo training. The other is artificial intelligence for business, AI agents, process automation, AI consulting and practical AI training. These areas often complement each other, for example when AI agents are integrated into Odoo business processes, but each can also be delivered as a standalone service.
UAB VM Robotika was founded in 2013. We have worked with Odoo since 2018 and in that time have delivered more than 50 projects for manufacturing, trade, medical, logistics and service companies. Every project is run by the same consultant who analyses the business processes, designs the solution and implements it. We work without intermediaries, so throughout the project the client talks to the person who makes the technical decisions and is responsible for the result. We work across Lithuania and remotely with clients in Europe, in Lithuanian and English.

Founder
Audrius Grinys is the founder of LONGRUN. He has worked with business management systems and company digitalisation since 2018. Over his career he has led companies, the IT and sales departments of the Lithuanian news portal Alfa.lt, worked in advertising, media and consulting, lectured to management undergraduates at Vilnius College and delivered a wide range of business digitalisation projects.
Artificial intelligence is not a new or separate field of work. It is a natural continuation of long experience in business processes, software development, IT infrastructure and company digitalisation. That experience makes it possible to build AI solutions not as a technological novelty but as real tools that solve specific business problems and create measurable value.
Over his career he has contributed to internet platforms and other digital products used daily by thousands of people, worked with one of the largest news portals in Lithuania and took part in consulting and digitalisation projects for companies of national importance. With his team he won first place at AppCamp 2012, the largest mobile application development event in the Baltics and Scandinavia, with KeyApp, a solution for controlling doors and garage gates from a mobile device. He also contributed to an advertising campaign selected among the standout campaigns worldwide on the international platform Ads of the World.
Today the main focus is on Odoo business management systems, artificial intelligence solutions and their application in real business processes.

Our services
Odoo implementation
We implement the Odoo business management system and adapt it to the needs of Lithuanian companies. We run process analysis, system configuration, custom module development, integrations and Lithuanian accounting compliance. We work with i.SAF, i.VAZ, SAF-T, GPAIS, bank integrations and with the manufacturing, trade, inventory, CRM, project management, accounting, purchasing, sales and other Odoo modules. We build AI agents, RAG search systems, chatbots, document search solutions, process automation and AI integrations with Odoo and other business systems. Every solution is built to solve a specific business problem. AI training
We run practical training on ChatGPT, Claude and other generative AI tools for companies. Participants learn to write effective prompts, analyse documents, automate everyday tasks and use AI in sales, marketing, customer service, administration and other business areas. How we work
Directly with the consultant
From the first call to go-live you deal with the same person who delivers the project. No sales managers or intermediaries, so questions are handled directly and responsibility is clear.
Lithuanian accounting
Standard Odoo does not include the Lithuanian tax authority (VMI) reports, so we configure i.SAF, i.VAZ, FR0600, GPAIS and SAF-T during implementation. We maintain our own modules for the i.SAF report, GPAIS integration, Bank of Lithuania exchange rates and Paysera payments (Odoo 16–19), as well as access rights management and security audit. Odoo and AI under one roof
