LONGRUN (UAB VM Robotika) delivers Odoo training for companies that already use Odoo or want to implement the system themselves. LONGRUN founder Audrius Grinys has worked with business management systems and company digitalisation since 2018. The programme is built around your Odoo version, modules and department needs. Sessions take place online or at your office, in Lithuanian or English. Every session is recorded and the recording stays available for an unlimited time.

Training programmes
We offer three training tracks. Each is tailored to your company processes and the modules you use. Tracks can be combined – for example, a user session for the sales team and a separate session for accounting.
Odoo user training after implementation
Who it is for: sales, CRM, warehouse and purchasing staff who work in Odoo every day. Also suitable for new employees seeing the system for the first time.
What you will learn:
- handling quotations, sales orders and invoices from first contact to payment;
- managing the CRM pipeline: opportunities, stages, activities and reports;
- running warehouse operations: receipts, deliveries, transfers and inventory counts;
- creating purchase orders and matching them with vendor bills;
- using filters, grouping and export for everyday reporting;
- understanding how one department's actions show up in other modules.
Format: sessions per department, working in your own Odoo environment with real processes. The number of sessions depends on the number of participants and the scope of topics. Online or at your office.
Odoo accounting training for accountants (Lithuania)
Who it is for: accountants and finance staff who keep the books in Odoo and file reports with the Lithuanian tax authority (VMI) and other institutions.
What you will learn:
- how the i.SAF register file is built in Odoo and where to check for mismatches before filing;
- how i.VAZ waybill data is prepared and which warehouse operations it requires;
- how data for the FR0600 VAT return is collected and verified;
- how packaging accounting and the GPAIS integration work in Odoo;
- how the SAF-T file is generated and what to check before export;
- how to set up the chart of accounts, VAT codes and currency rates for Lithuanian practice.
Format: training runs in your Odoo environment. If you use the LONGRUN i.SAF or GPAIS modules, their settings are covered in the same course. If the reports were configured by another implementer, we first review the existing settings. Online or at your office.
Odoo administration and self-implementation training
Who it is for: IT specialists, project managers and companies that want to implement Odoo on their own or maintain a running system without constant outside help. Also suitable for companies that implemented Odoo with a partner but want to administer the system themselves going forward.
What you will learn:
- Odoo server installation and basic configuration;
- Odoo module installation and configuration;
- adding custom fields to Odoo modules;
- importing data into the Odoo system;
- managing user access rights;
- preparing data for import into accounting systems.
Format: hands-on sessions in your own or a test environment. Topics are chosen based on what you plan to do yourself. Online or at your office.
How the training works
1. Needs call
We briefly discuss who will attend, which modules you use and what you expect from the training. Based on that we choose the track and scope. The call takes place by phone or video.
2. Programme for your Odoo version and modules
We prepare a programme for your Odoo version, installed modules and department needs. The topic list is sent to you for approval before the first session.
3. Sessions at your office or online
Training takes place at your office or online, in Lithuanian or English. The work is practical, in your Odoo environment or a test database.
4. Recording
Every session is recorded. You receive the recording after the session; it stays available for an unlimited time and can be used to onboard new employees.

Which Odoo versions is the training for?
The programme is prepared for the Odoo version and modules you use. LONGRUN's own modules support Odoo 16–19 (the Security Audit module: Odoo 17–19), and our founder Audrius Grinys has worked with business management systems since 2018.
Is the training suitable for accountants?
Yes. There is a separate programme for accountants: i.SAF, i.VAZ, FR0600, GPAIS and SAF-T, and how these processes are handled in Odoo under Lithuanian requirements. More: Odoo accounting for Lithuania.
Can the training be held online?
Yes. Training is delivered online or at your office. We work across Lithuania and remotely in Europe, in Lithuanian and English.
