Odoo licences and hosting are not part of the implementation price – they are priced separately.

What is a Gap-Fit analysis and why does it determine the exact price?
Gap-Fit is a functional fit analysis. Your processes are compared with standard Odoo capabilities: what fits and what is missing (the gap). The missing part needs configuration or additional solutions, so it is what determines the scope of work and the exact price. Before the analysis, only the starting price can be given – from 5,000 EUR.
Is the Odoo Community edition free?
The Community edition licence is free. Implementation work and hosting are not: implementation costs from EUR 5,000 to 50,000, and hosting and maintenance are priced separately.
