Odoo improved our company's operations across many areas

We have been using Odoo since 2021. Although we did consider other systems, we ultimately chose Odoo because at the time it seemed the best fit for our business model. The initial implementation took half a year, but later we needed additional time and investment to integrate it with other systems and better tailor the solution to our real business needs.

The implementation team was small, and we mostly worked directly with the company deploying the Odoo software. We organised the training for our own employees and prepared the necessary workflows ourselves during the early stage of the rollout.

Since our old system had been in place for almost two decades, it no longer met our company's needs, so Odoo improved our operations across many areas. We migrated only the essential data, such as contacts and products, into the new system, because the old system did not allow us to transfer sales history and other historical data.

Looking back from where we stand today, we can see how important it is to carefully assess whether the standard Odoo modules meet your requirements, and whether your available time and financial resources are sufficient to implement all the functionality you want.
